I've know Ali quite a few years now. She appraised my folks house before they died so we could put a dollar value on it. She also sold a condo for me in the same building. All three experiences have been great and have kept me coming back to her. She knows the market, is enthusiastic about selling property, and makes the process with its reams of complex forms palatable. If I had to come up with something to complain about, I'd be stumped.
